*On the 20 March 2009, Kylie, her boyfriend Tom and I travelled to Sydney for the weekend to see the Kings of Leon. Here are some pics of our great weekend....* Kylie and Tom at Brisbane Airport (we were soooo excited!!) They were laughing at me for having my mp3 player on! We stayed at Waterloo which is fairly close to the city...our unit was really nice and we just did some relaxing when we checked in! My room and the kitchen - very spacious unit - Kylie and Tom's bedroom and 2nd bathroom was upstairs Coffee was within walking distance of the unit!! Saturday morning we did the obligatory tourist walk along Circular Quay, posing in front of the Opera House before heading up to the markets at The Rocks The famous Sydney Harbour Bridge We caught the train to the concert on Saturday night which was just brilliant - it took us straight to Homebush (home of the 2000 Olympic Games) and Acer Arena (the excitement was certainly building) The support band - The Stills - they were pretty good Kylie and Tom at the concert - yayyy bring on KOL!! Fantastic!!! The Kings of Leon did songs off their new album BUT also songs from Aha Shake Heartbreak which really got the place jumping!! Awww the weekend was over all too soon and we were heading back to Sydney airport to go home :-(
